Anger is a natural though occasionally unwanted or irrational emotion that everyone among us goes through from time to time. Anger specialists describe this emotion as a primary, natural one that has evolved as a means of surviving and protecting oneself from what is considered wrong-doing. When one is exhausted, stressed or irritated we feel mild anger. Sometimes our rudimentary human needs (food, shelter, sleep, sex) are not met or are laid on the line in some way and irritation becomes a natural expression. Sometimes, frustration, criticism or threat builds up around us and we become angry and it is not bad or out of context.
