Three factors – time, cost and scope determine the way Project Management is carried out directs the project manager when making different types of decisions. This course will teach the participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. They will learn a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling.
Through this course you will be learning about initiation of Project Management, resource costing, document management, activities involved in planning & scheduling, risk & threshold management, concept of resource management, requisitions & staffing, and also about portfolio management.
The course uses P6 Professional, Primavera’s Windows-based, client/server application.
