The Basic Maths course assessment takes regular written assignments, which are submitted to your tutor. You do not need to sit for an external examination
You may start at any time and have 12 months to complete your studies. We estimate the course to take approximately 60 hours to complete. This is sufficient time to complete the course and gives you flexibility to work at your own pace without the pressure of deadlines.
This course is designed for online learning at home or work. You can access your course online. You can simply log in to view your course guide at any time and follow the activities and instructions for each unit. You will receive comprehensive tutor support throughout the program.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a level 3 NCFE certificate of achievement. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 3 on The Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (where level 2 and 3 courses are similar in difficulty to GCSEs and A Levels, respectively).
