Mass Communication for Business
When communication involves masses, the process is known as Mass Communication. In this process either a person or a group of people relay a message through a chosen channel to reach a multitude of people. These channels comprise of television, radio, print and internet. The sender of the message is usually a professional and symbolizes an organization. Any communication involves few important steps while the message travels from the sender to receiver. In mass communication too, there is a sender who sends a message through a channel, and the receiver decodes the message and processes the feedback. Mass communication is more formal; therefore, the procedure involves a communicator with a specific message, which is monitored by the editor before reaching the audience.
